Annual Development Partners Meeting, 25-26 May 2026

The Ministry of Finance convened a Development Partners meeting in May 2026, including the following:

• Invitation, concept note and agenda

• Compilation of all government presentations, including

  • Blue Economy (Policy and action plan; also Portuguese)

  • The Strategic Development Plan 2011-2030 progress monitoring report & the way forward

  • ASEAN integration

  • Public administration reform

  • Institutional development

  • Economic development

  • Infrastructure development 

  • Social capital development
