This budget is being enacted under the revised Budget Framework Law No. 3/2025 and Decree-Law 42/2025.

The Ministry of Finance held consultations around the country in May (schedule at left), using the form at the QR code at right. The consultations included presentations by the Ministries of Finance, Agriculture, Tourism/Environment and EDTL.
